Attorney not responding

Hi,

My Cheques have been encashed by INS, but my
attorney is not responding to my phone calls.

Does the Attorney gets a receipt or we also
get a copy of it.

Please respond.

Your laywer will get the receive notice

Your laywer will get the I-485 receive notice.
You do not receive I-485 receive notice.
However, you will get the finger printer notice, I-485 approval notice, GreenCard ...

And where does any RFE notices go, Attorney or Beneficiary ?

In my case, I got everything. ( not my attorney)
I got my 485 receipt. My FP notice, my wife\'s medical RFE. And finally approval notice.
I had given my friends house address as I wasn\'t sure of my address remaining same through out

It all depends on how you fill out the forms

INS will send the information out as directed by Part 1 of the forms.
