Attorney Needed in Buffalo !

I need to hire an Immigration attorney in Buffalo, NY. Any of you folks would like to recommend a good attorney ?
 
It depends on what it\'s for but,

If it has to be in Buffalo, you can contact Rolando Rex Velasquez. He\'s very good with border problems and problem cases. He was an INS trial attorney for years. Tell him Jim Mills referred you to him. I interviewed him for a job a few years ago but we didn\'t hire him and he went to work for a firm in Buffalo. Berger&Berger (if for business immigration)

He\'s quite agressive, his style is not for everyone.
But he mostly gets things done in EB immigration.

If the Attorney does not have to live in Buffalo (in most of the cases they don\'t), then I recommend Jim Mills.. As far as I know, he is very knowledgable, energetic and most importantly, a very good listener...

Yes, I like Jim Mills, only thing is I filed my I-485 on my own and if I got interview it would be @ District INS centre. Jim\'s office in NJ so I would have to hire someone from Buffalo. What do you guys think ?

I\'d certaintly recommend that you contact Rex. As a former INS attorney he may be the way to go in this type of situation and I\'m sure He\'s gained significant business immigration experience over the last couple years.
