Attorney for K1 Visa

I looked at the K1 threads...barely any activity so, decided to post here hoping to get more responses from people in the same boat..

Am looking to apply for K-1 visa for my financee as soon as I become a US citizen...

Is anyone doing this whole process on their own or using an attorney?

Eventually, I'll be filing for I131, I765 and I485 for my financee..does it make sense to retain an attorney for the whole process or just after securing the K1 visa..

Thanks.

I would think you'd only need an attorney if there is something complicated or unusual about your case. I'm just about to apply for an I-130 for one of my parents, and I have absolutely no intention of paying an attorney to fill in forms that I am perfectly capable of filling and submitting. YMMV.
