Attorney fee for AC-21

Hello Everyone,
Can some one please tell me how much usually an attorney charge for applying for AC-21? Can I file AC-21 myself?

I have my I-140 approved and I-485 pending for more than a year and I am planning to switch job.

Any help will be appreciate.

It doesn't need a lawyer to file AC21. It's better to do it yourself and save some money...
