Dear Rajeev/ ALL Attorney,

We all are always thankfull for your wonderfull service & free fourm. Time has came now we need something more than this. As your firm is member of AILA and have direct access with vermont and other service center. We need to raise our voice regarding this 485 waiting time it is almost taking more than 20months and in some service it is 2years. Let them know our concern. We are contacting our senators and congressman but I think so that is not much of help. You all at AILA members should bring up this issue with the high authorities. This waiting time is really frustating.

Can we all file a lawsuit againt BCIS. Please suggest

WE NEED YOUR HELP BADLY.

Suggest us what we should do.

Do you just wake up every day and come out with this dumb @#@# one line threads everyday to which no body wants to respond but is annoyed as hell to read them.. Plus your english sucks too..

It makes sense to be concerned about the case, but stop whining..

Rajeev charges 600 $ an hour. Please go ahead and hire him and he will definetly take your case with Vermont..

Why don't we all chip in an pay Rajeev whatever fees he asked for. That way we all will know that someone is taking our issue with higher authorities. We will have some kind of answer. Rather then acting smart try to do something. IF not then shut your mouth up.

If everyone has this attitude then we all should give up and mind our own business.
 
I am not acting smart or anything. Its your begging for free help and whining which is annoying... Why do you want people to chip in ? You are the one whining so pay yourself...
 
I think we should be fair here. People are concerned and are suggesting options. To me it does seem like a good option. But can Rajiv help if we collected the money ?. We have not even heard from the ombudsman till now.

No disrespect for lawyers, but i think they are already doing what they can. I don't think they in general or Rajeev in particular can help us at this point. We probably will have to chip in for a new president or better yet for a superman. But why would superman need our money if he can have anything he wants anyway? :)

We can only sit tight and keep the volume down.
Or we can sit tight and keep up the chatter.
Or we can give away some money to lawyers, presidential candidates or whoever . . . It ain't gonna change a thing. Nobody cares about us but ourselvs. Nobody ever did. Nothing changed. Relax, find something to do and stop waisting time.
If something to do means filing a suit agains the INS it's fine too, whatever makes you happy. I might even help out myself if i'm bored and have nothing else to do.
