Attorey certified 140 - Chennai/Mumbai

Hi CP gurus,

I am thinking of applying for AC 140 in Chennai.
Someone told me Chennai doesn\'t accept AC I-140.
How true is that ? In that case, can I apply in
Mumbai or even Mexico ?

Sorry bro, Chennai is not accepting AC I-140 at this moment. Below I have included the e-mail from Chennai consulate a week ago. Hope this helps.

 Thanks for the responce. How come Chennai Consulate site informs that Chennai is accepting Ac I-140 cases. Would apprediate if u can update the information on the web site.
