Hi Rock,

ours is same ND, 07/14/03. I had few LUD change 2 months back on my I-485. I did FP on 09/09/04. LUD change on 09/15 saying FP received. Then on 09/28 and 09/29 LUD again changed on mine only. Again on 10/12 and 10/14 changed...after tht nothing happen....

09/21 Made Congressman inquiry on my I-140 in Dallas, wait for 60 days...nothing happen... again made inquiry..got reply..this type of case take long time...
11/24 Made senater inquiry on my I-140, got reply it will take 60 days...
I am pissed off....

Now Can you please give me ur case detail...

Well I did scan around 20 485 cases ( + - 10 away from my EAC # ).. out of these 20, 11 ( 55% ) cases has been touched between 1 - 10 Dec. ( With 1 RFE on 12/8 and one approval on 12/9 )

I also see one case around 100 EAC # away ( this has same FP1 resume date as well ) and one around 200 EAC away in resume status.

My lawyer has said that the law firm is going to initiate a inquiry ( when, how and outcome is unknown :D )

so it is easy to conclude that there are cases in resume status..( less than 20 % though ) .. and none of those has been touched in this month..
 
I'm in the same boat guys...

I am waiting from 10th July 03
worse still my I-140 is pending too and the damned idiots told me that both would be done concurrently.

My FP's were done though on 29th Sept 04

It's ridiculous to see approvals popping all over the place from Jan 03-Apr 04 and no order whatsoever...it frustrates plans and makes life difficult for everyone...

These guys need to offshore their work....

Mine and urs case very much similiar..I-140 and I-485 Pending... whenever I made inquiry through congressman and senator gave same reply ... this s concurrent process. it will take 60 days...

I did scan again for further 75 cases ...
 
HI Rock,

I was locked out from tht website.. when i was checking eac.. I think it will take 24 hours to log back in to check status.. right ?
