Attention Moderator Please, Name Check related

There are so many people suffering in this forum because of name Check delay and the above thread has a wealth of information about getting name check cleared.

I posted earlier requesting the Moderator's attention to make the above thread a sticky. No response!!

Is there any other way by which the Moderator's attention can be drawn?
