I see at least 5 people in this category stuck in name check. We can try to get more from other sites. Shall we write a combined letter to President Bush and FBI Director to expedite FBI name check process? After all this is an "outstanding" category!

Rajan! How do you know what you know? atleast 5 people in eb-1b got stuck in NC.

I am also in EB1 my PD is July 27, 205. When last called on Aug 16, 2006 they VSC told me that my 485 is in security check. Do you think I should take some step or wait till my PD becomes current?

I-140/I-485 concurrent: RD Jul 27, 2005 PD Jul 21, 2005 (Myself and wife)
FP/Biometrics: Aug 22, 2005
EAD1 Approved: 07/09/05
I-140 approved: Mar 22, 2005
I-485 still waiting! LUD: 08/15/06 (Case sent for Security Check)
EAD2: Applied 08/24/06

Now tell me where is my case? If I see I485 date for VSC it's May 30, 2005. Does that mean when VSC I485 becomes current I should expect my GC provided I485 approval? Can someone thro' some light on my case.
 
When your security ckeck is cleared your case will be adjudicated, I believe, since the EB1 India category is current for your PD.

Does VSC I485 date (current May 30, 2006) anything to do with my case? How long I need to wait?
