One of the requirements for employing j1 physician in my state is that the practice needs to demonstarte they have made attempts to recruit a US citizen for at least 6 months and have been unsuccesful etc. How does the practice need to document that. If I have found a practice that really wants to specifically recruit me how do they demonstrate that, is it a big hurdle in terms of hiring me. Do I have to wait 6 months before they can hire me, do they have to show no US citizen wahted the job or can they state they did not qualify the applicants? Your answers are gratly appreciated
