on the date(Jan. 11th) INS approved your case?

Questions:
when did you send RFE back? When INS received it?
when did AVM updated that they received it?
I just want to have a roughly idea on how long it is going to take to got approval ?

Hi

I just checked the message yesterday and found it is updated. Actually I was checking whole last week until 10th!! then I fed up and didn\'t check until yesterday.

When Called around Dec 4th IIO told they are sending RFE and due to backlog it will take some time.
My lawyer received RFE on dec 24th, Sent RFE on Dec 29th. RFE they recived on Jan 4th Message updated same day.

I hope this answers all the above qustions
