Does anybody know what the processing time for marriage based petition is in Atlanta. Also how long before they send you FP request. My case was filed in April 2003. I got my EAD with 30 days so I am hoping that the processing time has improved also. Again may just be wishful thinking on my part. Wish everybody Luck.
