 My case went to Atlanta DOL from South Carolina on NOV 20th

 nothing yet

 it says 30 days to process but i havent heard anythng yet

Question regarding Atlanta SESA

Can you tell how long it took to clear from SESA? My advisement part just started last month. Since I am in the end of my 6 year H1 limit I am really concerned if I will be able to file I-140 by June 2002.Thanks.
 
applied in april 14

I applied my labour in april 14 2001 in south carolina , SESA South Carolina is deff from SESA Atlanta

I had querys 3 times and i answered and finaly my application was sent to atlanta DOL on Nov 20th

i got first query on june 6 i answered it on august 3th
next one i got on auguat 29 th i answered it on october 2nd
i got another one on october 22 and i answered it on nov 2nd

Atlanta SESA processing time

It is taking about from 9 to 12 months. Mine was applied in 2 May 2001 and I am still waiting... I think they are processing April 27 right now. Hope this will help.

dude u applied in the sesa atlanta on april 2001 i am talking about dol both r deff once ur done at sesa its farwarded to dol ..my app
was from south carolina it was done tehre and been farwarded to
atlanta on nov and i am waiting i been calling em from last 3 weeks
they keep saying wer processing Nov 1st wright now

I applied at South Carolina SESA( non RIR) in May 2, 2002. What do you think are my chances of getting it in the near future?
