i have read the forums but i am still a little confused.

wife is overstay, USC husband is going to petition

well, for paperwork being turned into DHS in June 2011, are the forms below accurate.

i-131 $360.00
biome $85.00
medic$120.00
i485 $985.00
i-765 $380.00
TOTAL COST $1,930.00


is the i-130 one of the forms we must turn in???
i-130 $420.00


TOTAL COST $2,350.00

There is nothing like a fee for the medical forms. Yes you have to submit I-130. I-131 is useless for you because she is an an overstay and will be banned if she travels. You clearly are a bit confused and need to read a little more. There is a thread on this forum which gives a pretty good step by step process on what needs to be done. Read that one and come again!
