LC filed with federal on 02/26/02. Just called GA DOL and they said they are working on 01/02 applications. I am hoping towards the end of this month, I will have a response.

What do you mean by 01/02 ?

January 2nd? Or do oyu mean they are working on January and FEbruary. Btw my case has been transferred to ATL on 02/28/02 as well. Nada since than.

Please clarify.

I believe when the employer phone # and Tax ID # cannot be trsced for s status indicates that it has not been processed yet.

Does any one has any idea how many cases they got in JAN ?

How many officers processing cases ?

Any idea why it is not moving ? Even i am not seeing any approvals ?
