ATL DOL - Applied in OCT2002

Hi All,

SESA application was submitted in OCT2002.

My lawyer tells me, they do not have a Case number yet, but when they called GA - SESA, they told him that the case has been forwarded in Feb'2003.

The application did not have a telephone number, so I cannot use the AVM either.

Please provide some guidance, as to what can I do to get the case number in this case.

Your employer or attorney can ATL DOL at (404) 656-3163 and find out and make the fax request (404) 656-3039 with details of GA SESA case number, beneficiary deatils and company information. It is not sure about whether you will get the reply from DOL or not. But this is the only way, where we can hope to get it.
