Hello all,

I work for company A. Company B filed for my LC and it was approved recently. They have also filed my I-140. I was curious:

1. At what stage does LC become unrevokable by company B if I don't join that company ever ?
2. If my I-140 is approved, as far as I know the priority date stays with me even if I change the company and start the process again, it that right?
3. How can I check if my approved labor is not being used by company B for labor substitutions for other people?

Thanks.

i am not sure about this but from reading around in this forum i think your 140 can be revoked by the employer at anytime till your 485 is not applied. Also with regards to your priority date it is only vaild if your employer that initially filed LC and 140 lets you use it or else you lose the priority date too. This is my understanding.
