I couldn't find your PD, please let me know what is your PD. Recently I got Medical RFE and responded to it, but problem is my PD is not current. My case is EB2-NIW and PD is Jan 2005, Do you think is there any chance of approval.

Message change and LUD
Hi All,
Today morning both mine and my wife's 485 had an LUD with the following message on mine, but there was no change in message for my wife's 485:
Receipt Number: SRCXXXXXXXX
Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.
On January 12, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Maybe the INS just wants to prolong your celebration.
