At last I-140 was approved on January 24th. This forum has been extremely helpful. Lots of questions got answered which even the attorney was not sure of. I thank you all for maintaining such a helpful forum.

How can I find out what my priority date is? Is it the date when I filed my LC?

Date received by SESA

PRIORITY DATE is the date when SESA (Labor department of the state in which your applying)receives your application for Labor Certification.

RD: I-140 Received by INS
ND: I-140 being ???examined by INS. Not sure about this
