at fault accident and citizenship interview

I found I had an at fault accident 5 years ago. It was evening, it was dark. I was driving at the rightest lane on the highway, my car had some problem, I stopped my car in the rightest lane of the highway, I had my car's emergency light on, the car behind me came to a full stop, but the third car didnt pay attention and hit second car and the second car hit my car, but it was just minor to my car, probably just scratches. But third car and second car had bumper to bumper encounter. Highway patrol police officer came and had all of us drove to the nearest exit and got off highway. All three cars were still drivable. Police officer wrote a report for the incident. I didnt get a ticket at that time. But later on, in my insurance report, it stated that was an at fault incident for me. I guess I had to get a report from highway patrol and found out.

But my question is if it was an at fault accident, do I need to disclose it in the N-400 form and worry about it in the naturalization interview??

If you were not issued a ticket, you don't need to report this accident on N-400. In fact, there is no single question in N-400 in response to which you could report this event, even if you wanted to.
