AT-11...did a mistake!

I forgot to put H1 for me and H4 for my wife at the top right corner(STATUS?). I have sent thro' certified mail last Friday. What should I do now? thanks.

Simple..Call them and let them know, They will tell you if they require another to correct it

You are talking about AR-11 form to report addr change right? My attorney had asked me to fill in the status (top right corner) as OTHER and specify "adjustment applicant". Also she asked me to fill the expiry for stay in the US as "N/A" for the same reason. Talk to your attorney about that.
