Hi to everyone in this forum discussion.
I had filled my Asylum case on 2005 october and after interview I was transferred to Federal Immigration Court in Arlington. So afterwhile I've requested some days to get some more evidences from my country. But, I couldn't get any evidances from my country just becouse. All information was destroyed as far as I know and some people where been prosecuted. I'm kinda stock right now!- I'm scared if I go to the court with my current documents and can't get prove in front of Judges and been forced back home. By returning home I'm scared of being prosecuted again and spend my time in the jail. Jail in our country so bad you could die and never come back alive. So, my question to everybody who knows. If I apply to H1B VISA could I get approve by State Department?
