According to the AILA and other NGOs/CBOs, the CIS has agreed to issue I-94 cards to asylees whose cases are granted by the Immigration Courts or the BIA.

Thanks Gilbert, I think I fit in this decision, my case was granted by the immigration judge, and I was not issued I-94, what should I do Gilbert? just go to the local BCIS office? or fill out a form and send it to Nebraska?

thanks for sharing these valuable info.

I was also granted by an IJ

So I went to the local BCIS showed them the order granting Asylum and my I-94 arrived via mail 10 days later.
The time delay was due to the fact that my local BCIS does not issue the cards so they had to contact the Memphis office, which issued my card.
