Hey everybody, i have a question, would you answer and help me pls ?
I have been on asylum granted status almost 9 months. 4 months ago, i had an argument with my friend and she called police. Then they charged me with domestic violence, however after 1 month, charge was dismissed, no fee, no conviction, nothing.(I just needed to take 8 hours anger mang.) i didnt do anything. Case was dismissed because of not enough evidence and she had more than one felony from stealing, thief these made her credibility very low. But i was arrested. Is that going to make any problem on my green card application ? Am i going to be trouble because of that ?
