Asylum Granted - status changed

Have a weird situation.

Asylum was granted 6 months ago and now shows as "status correction".

Did you guys see something like this? Never had any contacts with cop. What can be the reason?

Hey Raziel,

My attorney called to Chicago and they said that case was granted last year but now it is showing again as pending.

I wonder if that was just a recommended approval last year and now it is under review for final approval.

Any help is appreciated.

anyway, do you have a restricted social security number? if the social card says that you can work with DHS authorization, then it's likely that you case is still pending.

check your lawyer for more info
