Hi everyone, my asylum was granted in 2007, filled I485 in 2008 and was denied in 2010 because the person who only filled out my application for asylum, got arrested for fraud, do i still have my asylum status? and also do i need to file again I485 from the bigining? i recently got my refugee travel passport and planning to go mexico for vacation, will i have any problems returning to US? i do have original I94 asylum granted indefinitly and original judge decision asylum granted, i also got clearance letter from Irs. please help me guys, thank you in advance.
