My bro has been waiting for final approval since he had his asylum interveiw in DEC 04 or since he received his recommended approval on March 08.
He applied for EAD at nebraska service center but it got denied, in the denial letter received after 3 months, it says you were already granted asylum approval on July 9 of 08 and you should have have received the EAD card from the local asylum office in Chicago and if you haven't received approval letter and EAD, contact the asylum office. We did contact the asylum office by mail and we sent them the letter we received from Nebraska service center. He wrote that his address is same but he never received final approval or EAD. We never received any responses from local asylum office to our mail and we don't know what the heck is going on.
We already have sent 2 letters with the letter from Nebraska service center but got no responses from the asylum office.
Nebraska says they cant send my bro EAD because local asylum office has already approved ur case and you should have received EAD card with the approval but local asylum office has not sent my bro any approval letter or EAD and they are not responding to the letter from Nebraska service center.
When we call the asylum office, the agent says write letter which we did but getting no responses. What is best solution to this?
