Hi.plz Help Me.im In Lrgal Status And I Applied For Asylum In March.i Was Interviewed By Ao In May And Told Me Decision Will Be Mailed To U .i Didnt Hear Anything Till Now .wat I Do .plz Advice.im Really Worried And My Visa Will Expire In 1 Month

Don't worry

You don't need to worry about your current statut, certainly they gave a notice stating that you can remain in the U.S till they decide your case right?
My brother also had asylum interview ive months ago, he was told that his decision will be mailed, but till now nothing is sent.

bOUKI, did or does your bro have any legal status in US since he applied for asylum five months ago? is your bro currently in any legal status like tourist or any other visa?

Maybe they mail your bro decision when his visa expires!

my bro applied for asylum a month ago and he was told the same thing. he has his tourist visa until March, 2008
