Thankful told me that the BIA time to time publishes out asylum claims statements in details to the internet/publicly and then at Federal Court, it is open to the world.
Will there be any ways that publicise of the claim be concealed.The rebels and the Government if they read about my statement about them, it will be disastrous for my family.
Or at least in the BIA, are they doing after first taking the permission/consent of the applicant?Or are they time to time just publishing out whatever they feel necessary?Is there a way not to publicise with the help of the lawyer?Please
