Asylum Based GC Applying for Citizenship Based Marriage (Please Help!)

Hello all.
My friend has a green card through Asylum. She’s resident since May 2021, but she’s happily married to a US citizen since June 2019. My question, can she apply for naturalization (citizenship) based marriage, which means based three years wait period or should have to wait for 5 years?
Anyone has or knowns a similar case?
Thanks in advanced.

If she's been married to the same person for at least 3 years, and her spouse has been a US citizen for at least 3 years, she can use the 3-year rule. Since she got her green card through asylum, she would have been credited with 1 year of residence at the time her Adjustment of Status got approved (i.e. the "resident since" date on her card would have been backdated by 1 year from when her Adjustment of Status was approved). So the earliest she can file is 3 years minus 90 days from the resident since date on her card (which is effectively 2 years minus 90 days after her Adjustment of Status was approved).

Thank you very much for your very detailed and highly appreciated answer.
