I got removal order (because denied asylum application from a judge) back in 1999 I appealed it, while the appeal is pending I went back home for emergency without permission (MY FATHER TOOK ILL AND PASSED AWAY) .. while I am in my home country I got married and I came back on B2 visa with my wife and my wife granted asylum, after that I got approved 1- 730 and I currently has derivative asylum status . my appeal for my original asylum case got denied and a reopen dismissed too. Based in the fact that I left the country without permission I applied for the green card after one year from I have been approved the I-730. Now I am expecting the interview within few month
I wonder what applications I need to file in the interview in order to get a relief from the removal order. If there is any . and if it is good move to attend the interview or there is big chances that I will be removed.or shoud i have no problem getting the green card even without an interview like what happen to my wife.
Any similar or related information’s about this situation will be deeply appreciated since no one I know off had any thing like that even the attorneys not sure what the right thing to do (of course after charging me a lot of money?
Thanks for help
