Asylee question

Hello everyone. Just quick question. May Smn move to another state an asylee ? Could be any issues ? That uscis might consider u came to this state to apply for i-589 then go back to where u came from ? Thanks

Absolutely. You can move states when you are an approved Asylee or an asylum applicant. Just make sure you inform USCIS using AR-11. This applies to all immigrants until you become a USC. If you haven’t yet filled the application, you are free to move where you want and then file it. There is no law preventing you.
