Another front in court was opened to expose the unjust process
of asylees. If you visit www.ailf.org,you will realize that the former INS is also to be blamed for the backlogs thus creating the delayance of asylees to become LPR`s.
I had a chance of talking to the senior attorney with AILF,she told me that it might take a long time before the case reaches its finality,but it is already bearing fruits eg;the elimination of EAD and to speed up the process of cases although not as much as they want it to be.
Sooner or later she continued,she won`t be surprised if positive dramatic changes occur.So far AILF has been able to expose the reasons why there are backlogs for asylees.
