Hi,
Probably some of you know that I am the one of not so lucky guys, but still lucky ( I am here and free) who is trying to get asylum. IJ denied my case he thought that I am here for economic reason, there are many proofs that my old country was on civil war, one of them is that USA bombed, and pics from Television, News papers, etcr.
After all appeals, my case is now waiting in federal court to make some decision.
Well, some things are changed, Not to long a go I suffer massive heart atack, wich recurred many medical attention and medication.
Question is anybody here in this forum know about "Humanitarian cases" I read somwhere but not for shore where, I read that he got approve because the reason was if he live country he would be..... (scary word)
Well I called my attorney left massage to his office but still no word from him, maybe he is to busy.
Thank you for your attention.

Dear Care2Much, I really don't know the legal side of your case, but I do know one thing, which is that your lawyer needs to call you back and be there for you. Also, you may have to be persistent, and call her/him back.
Maybe you will find that you need a new one.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I hope you feel better.
Don’t give up! I think I am the only one on this board whose case was approved by BIA.
You have a chance. Why don’t you send a personal e-mail to Gilbert? He always was so helpful .
Take care, Irina :)

Hi Irina ,
I am in New York. NY.
I went through most good attorney's, my best advice was, just to wait till something happen, the reason is "Court don't even red cases" " "Non of Immigration judge want to take responsibility ""so 85% of cases returns with two line decision" "not worthy "that's what I get so far.
Thank you I do aprecciate your help.

Sorry, I thought you are in San Francisco. My case was denied by IJ and I made appeal to BIA and won. It took five years back in 1992. I don't know how things are now. Did you try contact Gilbert? He must know.

Just FYI , take a look. www.jobelaw.com. This guy wins very difficult cases. Someone from his office represented me for adjustment interview. My case (i-485 adjustment wasn’t interesting for him , so he didn’t bother himself). I have heard that if the case is very difficult , he takes care it himself.
