This is my first time here. anybody here with an immig appeal denied? what is my next step and how much time does that take to process? Can anybody help?
Under these proseedings am I eligibale for a LC, since I currently work as an engineer. Also my mom (GC holder) has filed the I-130 since 2000. Thanks
