Assumption on 02 ND time for approval.

Considering the cap removal and the unpredictable nature of USCIS, when is it reasonable to assume 09/02 notice date with medical, G325A, and Code3 allready done for almost two months to get approval? (pretending that USCIS moves as it currently does and without any surprises). Case is at NSC and no signs of transfere. Current LUD stats 570 to 600 day wait.
 
You all 2002 from Texas should get your GC very soon.A friend of mine with RD Feb 2002 transfered to texas on sep 2005 has his GC.His bio 3 was done on oct 2005.Medical and Biographic as well.Txas received his RFI on oct 27,2005.To day,he received his GC in mail.RD 2002 transfered to Texas are more lucky than cases handling by Nebraska(2000,2001,2003,2004 and 2005).So far some 2003 are being transfered to Texas as well.My friend entered US with false document,spent 9 months in INS jail after being caught by IO at port of entry.But he didn't receive any RFE(I-602).Again,you all guys from Texas(RD 2002) will be fine very soon.Texas is working very fast and well.

But, I'm at Nebraska (NSC).
 
Nebraska is curently adjucating 2000 and 2001.It should take you little more.Cause so far I'm not sure any 2002 got approved from Nebraska.Nebraska sounds slow.Be positive,you will be fine since you did everything.
