Assessment notice from SESA

Hi ,

My PD was May 17 , RIR at California and I just heard from
my attorney office that assessment notice has been received from SESA.
Can someone shed some light on what this means and what needs
to be done ?

Does anyone knows approximately how much time CA-SESA will take after receiving response to assessment notice.
