Assesment Notice

Hi Guys
Just need some infor, i filed for labor last sept, Got a Assesment Notice (thats what my attorney says) last week from EDD,
any idea of what these Assesment Notices are for and whats the best approcah.....need guidence pls

I think it's DOL terminology for REF

I think it's DOL terminology for REF, I think they might want to follow some direction (like re run advertisement,question about recuritment effort, pay scale quetions, etc) more information with in your notice.

thanks for the prompt reply, your are right DOL sent a reassesment notice since my salary was below the prevaling wages, my company has replied to this. Now do you know how long would it take for DOL to respond this ? would it another year ? this thing really draaaaaaaaaaags on and onnnnnnnn.
