assembling I-485 documents

I am doing I-485 myself and have almost all the documents ready.
Since there are lots of documents, I wonder should I
punch hole on the top of the documents and bind all the paper together, also, I've heard that the order of the document is very important. Anyone has experience with how to assembling documents for INS filing? I am sure lawyer will know, but I don't want to hire a lawyer just for this:)

Or any suggestions about whether or not should hire lawyer for I-485, in case there are potential problem?
 
I-485

When I applied for I-485 myself, I did not punch any holes in any of the documents. I used a large bull dog clip to bind all the documents together.

I placed all the small items (i.e photos in a small envelope, checks, medical examination envelope) on top of other documents.

You should write an index page of all the papers attracted + photo+ check .... and so on.
Put this page in front of all
