Ask guru: the possibility of I485 REF for employment verification?
My NIW is approved in 2005 and my I485 is still pending due to name check since 2004.
Recently, I changed my employer and worked under EAD instead of H1B.
What is the possibility to get I485 REF for employment verification? Is the REF necessary after job change? Or REF is randomly selected? If I received the REF, does that mean my name check is cleared?
