Hi, friends,
Thank you all very much for your replies about my I-140!! I have another question about I-485. My I-485 had been filed about 3 months ago. I have already got my employment authorization card and fingerprint was done. Do I have to re-file my I-485 if my I-140 is approved and I want to change employer?

No refiling is you stay with same employer

If you switch employer you will have to refile. UNLESS u have 180 days waiting on 485 and 140 has been approved. In which case you will make the move using the 180-day portability based on approved 140 rule.
