G Gcdays Registered Users (C) Jan 15, 2005 #2 In my opinion, any one above 15 needs a FP and so will undergo the name check process though it may not be too stringent for them. I am not a lawyer nor some one from USCIS. I have a daughter 15 yrs and she had an FP. I hope that will be the process.
