Ask Again about RFE, Please anyone help

I got an RFE notice for my TB skin test but not my spouse. Does that mean my spouse's background check is still pending? Because the doctor did not ask both of us to do TB skin test. Also, my FP print is expired but I have not received any second FP notice. Does second FP usually come after RFE reponse at NSC?

Maybe his medicals are good. They only give an RFE if they have a doubt. I logically think it should come after the RFE. Because once the RFE cleared and also have your FP they would be able to approve your case.
