This is the scenarios:

If case number increase 550 every future months, the largest cut off is 7650 in September (The growth speed simiar with DV-2012, Oct to Dec vs Jan to Sept)

If case number increase 600 every future months, the largest cut off is 8100 in September (The growth speed simiar with DV-2009, Oct to Dec vs Jan to Sept)

If case number increase 700 every future months, the largest cut off is 9000 in September (The growth speed simiar with DV-2011, Oct to Dec vs Jan to Sept)

If case number increase 800 every future months, the largest cut off is 9900 in September (The growth speed simiar with DV-2010, Oct to Dec vs Jan to Sept)
