I will put my money on May, June, July 2014. You will have it in one of those three months.

Are you sure about the cn 27***, does it really exist? If it exists, then there interview could be earlier.

To be honest, I don't believe it, its just from hears say. Last year we also had talks about high Asian case numbers, but time proved that they were totally wrong. This time, like last year, Bangladesh is out, so there is no chance we have high case numbers. I think 10000 would top all the Asian case numbers this year as well.

My wife got selected to the 2014 lottery program.
Since we didn't have much hopes until I checked late May and send the forms by beginning of June
Then after about 1 month, I called the Consular Affairs at Kentucky center.
They keep on telling that they do not have a record for the given birth date and that they cannot
search the system with the CN.
Has anybody face the same issue?

they take abt 6 -8 weeks to reply for the conformation. Send them a email with full name, date of birth ( mm/dd/yy) & ur case number. A u from sri lanka ?

I think DV2013 will look like DV2003. check the bulletin.

Actually everything will depend on holes. Some people didn't send their forms to KCC and some people were rejected.
If most low case numbers sent their forms then it's gonna move slow. If they didn't send then high case numbers can get interview earlier.
Hope for the best, expect the worst.

There's still plenty of time until that. Almost 8-9 months to be exact. I really wanna get my visa and go to US. However I can't do anything coz nothing depends on me.
All we need to do is just to wait and hope. Time will pass very fast if you don't think about it everyday.
Check the bulletin of January, it will show cut-off numbers for February too. Only at the time we can get the whole picture. For now everything you see on this forum is just predictions and guesses of people.
I've lived in US for 4 years as an international student. I know how things work there. Just think this way. You have time to make money in your country. Make as much as possible and sell your stuff if you're gonna live there permanently. Use your time wisely.
