ASC Notice code 3 vs. code 2

Hi people,

I have a question regarding the ASC notices we all receive. I noticed that some people mentioned that the bio notice for greencards is code 2 (index finger & picture). Since I missed my fingerprint last year, I just recently received a code 3 notice.

I was wondering if this notice was just to make up for the FP I missed last year, or was it part of the "you-are-getting-your-GC-soon" process.
Thanks for your input!

p.s. One of my friends received her actual GC this past friday, two days after she got her approval notice frm NSC. I think her ND was sometime from April-July in 2001.
Good luck to us all!!!!

Yes. Code 3 is code 2 + full FP.

Hi Asluser,

are you saying "yes" to:

1. yes, this code 3 is to make up for the missed FP from last year,
2. and/or, yes, this code 3 is the same notice as code 2 (except for 9 extra FP's) that's part of the "you-are-getting-your-GC-soon" process?

Thanks

Choice 1. This is for who has no FP before or no FP in last 15 months.
