ASC Appointment Notice (code 2) = BIO ??

I've just received an I-797C, Notice of Action, ASC Appointment Notice with code 2.

I am confused by it saying "Your fingerprint card of file with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has expired. In order for USCIS to continue processing your application, it will be necessary to have your fingerprints re-taken.

My question: Is this ASC Appointment Notice (code 2) the so-called BIO?

Thanks!

Yes, it is. however, I did not have same message in my I-797C ( ASC Appointment Notice).

No,It is not code-2 ,it is code-3.Code-3 is the whole finger print process b/c of your finger print is already expired.Code-2 is just one finger, photo and signature.
