ASC appointment - I765 Related

Hi Guys
I received letter from Nebraska center regarding my I765 which says that they have not received my Biometric test. But I never received ASC appointment for I765. How can I schedule appointment for I765? Can someone help me please?
Also are the ASC appointments for 486 and 765 different?

Did you efile? If yes, you need to call the 1.800 number at the end of your pdf printout. I think the option you choose is "something related to call ther service center for appt ".
