As the AVM Updated - Can we See Jan\'02 Approvals in 2-3 months ?

    As the AVM got updated for couple of cases who filed in Jan/Feb \'02 after had their FP done, what do you think ? INS may start approving the cases filed in Jan/Feb\'02 in 2-3 months ?

It is possible.

Currently CSC is approving cases with Sept Receipt/Notice dates.
If they go at the current rate they could start approving Jan 02 cases in about 2-3 months.
However, they will still have lot of old pending cases (unfortunate guys)
