AS status for i-485

i am i730 beneficiary, last year i got V92 visa ,and came to US .is this called "derivative asylum"?
the I-94 is showing "asylum status granted pursuant to sec 208(c) ina."


i have been here for whole one year .
and i'm applying GC
but i have some questions on I-485


1,current USCIS status ? i should write derivative asylum or Asylum or Asylee or I-730 beneficiary?

2,in what status did you last enter? derivative asylum? Asylum? Asylee? V92?

3,what documents need i to prepare? now i have I-485,G-325A,PASSPORT COPY,I-94 COPY,A5(EMPOLYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD) COPY,SSC COPY,DRIVER LICENSE COPY,BIRTH CERTIFICATE COPY,I-693 MEDICAL REPORT ,2 PHOTOES,2 CHECKS .Any more documents need i to prepare? if i still a student ,need i to prove it?

4,i'm in NY,i should send it to USCIS P.O. BOX 660867 DALLAS,TX,75266.is that correct?
